2007 Homecoming Info Dear Brothers – It’s that time of year again.  We are preparing for homecoming weekend 2007, scheduled to take place Friday, 10/19 to Sunday 10/21.  We have had two very successful homecomings in the past two years and want to keep it going this year.  Our planned events will follow similar format to the past two years with an added event which should be fun. At this time, our preliminary agenda looks like this: Friday – arrival, informal gathering at Lancaster Dispensing Company in the evening Saturday – Alpha Tau Alumni Association annual meeting/update:                             12-1 pm (approximate)                 F&M Alumni Greek Council “All Greeks” tailgate at Williamson field:          12:30-4 pm                 Alpha Tau Alumni Reception @ 611 College Avenue:                           3-6 pm (approximate)                 Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast/brunch (on your own) There have been positive developments in the past year on the greek re-recognition front and over the summer.  The College Row project is being built on Harrisburg Pike, and by the time homecoming arrives, we should know a lot more about a new planned Greek Row in that new part of the campus.  This Greek Row will be incorporated into the College Master Plan, making it more likely to happen. Our own Tony Della Pelle is slated to become the President of the Alumni Greek Council in October, and one of the main objectives will be to strengthen the fraternity and sorority systems so that they can support “renewed” chapters for ZBT and Lambda Chi.  Tony was also elected to the F&M Alumni Board.
